Vegetables:

  • 1250 grams of green beans, possibly thawed
  • 250 grams of corn salad, rinsed
  • 2 glasses of olives to taste
  • 13 stems of celery, finely cut
  • 3 bundles of flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 lemon, zest and juice thereof

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of Cheese Fries
  • 7,5 dl yoghurt
  • 1 ¼ dl of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon of sesame seeds and chili flakes

Cheese Fries salad with green beans

  1. Deep fry the Cheese Fries directly from the freezer for approximately 4 minutes until they are golden.
  2. Put the corn salad and beans in a big dish, add olives and celery and spread the fried Cheese Fries on the salad. Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt.
  3. Mix the yoghurt with parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest and salt, put it in a bowl and top with olive oil, toasted sesame seeds and chili flakes and serve with the salad.
