Halloumi

A classic white cheese made true to the traditinal recipe with a mix of cow, sheep and goat milk and served with a bit of mint. Halloumi is traditionally served with a fresh salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and onions but works just as well in a range of toer dishes sch as burgers, roasted vegetables, sandwiches or simply to top a simple green meal.

How to cook

Fry in oil until melted, approximately 2 minutes on both sides or until golden.
