Paneer

Paneer is a Grilling Cheese with slightly less salt and a lighter texture. It absorbs aromas easily and works well in curries, stews and oven baked dishes, or marinated with herbs and yoghurt and baked in the oven in cubes or bigger slices. Available in cubes, slices or bigger squares.

How to cook

Add directly to your stew or curry either thawed or frozen, or fry in oil to make it crispier.
